About

All-Star Preschool, LLC started with a love for children.  I worked with children since I was 16 years old.  I coached the Biddy League Cheerleaders, ages 8-11.  I would eventually work at a day care where I worked in the office but also worked with all the age groups.  I felt this was something I needed to do for the Licking Valley Community.  I was thrilled when I found this house owned by Linda Turner.  Her and her Husband, Paul, are amazing people. Paul passed away and this house was too much for Linda.  She was thrilled with the idea of a preschool. It was meant for me to purchase the property and turn it into a preschool.

This process was hard but worth it. The transformation into the preschool took only two months (not including upper building).  We had 80 children enrolled in the first 6 months. I was blessed beyond belief. After the first two years, I started to remodel the upper building. This houses our Prek class and school age. This helped us expand the Prek class. Our curriculum is amazing for this PreK class. The school year starts in August, by December they are reading.  They are little sponges. They enter Kindergarten with so much self-esteem knowing they can do anything.

We also have a Summer School Age program.  We try to give them some fun things to do in the summer. In previous years we have made food from different countries, learned to make a tent, learned about different animals and so much more.

Our goal is to give love, care, and the skills to be a great student but also a great friend to all.

Child Safety

Your child's safety is our #1 concern.  All of our staff attended a Active Shooter Training Class taught by the Licking County Sheriff's Department.  We practice fire drills, tornado drills, and lockdown drills monthly.

Our Staff

All of our staff members are back-ground checked with both BCI and FBI. Each staff member must complete a course and/or training in CPR, 1st Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse.

Meals

We serve breakfast, lunch and snack. If your child does not like what we are having for lunch they can chose to have a PB+J and a cheese stick or you can pack their lunch. Their packed lunch must include a protein, grain and two servings of fruits and/or vegetables. Milk is provided by the school.
